SECTION A:

• Application fees of € 150-200 (Non refundable)
• Photocopy of Passport attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then attested from the Cyprus Embassy/ Consulate (valid at least 2 years)
• Photocopies of the School Certificates attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then Attested from the Cyprus Embassy Consulate.
• Photocopy of the Police Certificate attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then attested from the Cyprus Embassy/Consulate. This must have been issued no more than 6 months.
• Photocopy of the Bank Certificate attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then attested from Cyprus Embassy/Consulate. The bank certificate must clearly state that the student’s sponsor has sufficient funds to finance the student’s stay and studies in Cyprus. The bank certificate should be issued on students or fathers or mothers name. If the ministry of Foreign Affairs doesn’t attest the document you have to go first to a Notary Public Officer and then to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation
• Photocopy of medical certificates.
• (Blood analysis to clearly indicate that the student is not a carrier of HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B and Report for chest X-Rays ).
• As soon as the International students’ office receives all the above documents we will issue an Acceptance Letter and we will apply to the Migration Department.
• Then the students have to transfer to the bank account the tuition fees as per fees schedule and we will inform you for the interview date.

SECTION B:

During the interviews the students have to submit the following documents to the Cyprus Embassy/Consulate:

• Original Passport
• Original Police Certificate
• Original Medical Certificates
• Acceptance Letter from the college (fax or email)
• Receipt from the College that they paid the registration fees (fax or email)
• Original Bank Certificates
• Original School Certificates
• Receipt from the College that they paid the tuition fees €3200  (fax or email)
• Receipt from the bank from your country or Western Union/Money gram that you transferred the tuition fees at the College in Cyprus.

NOTE: NO DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN LAMINATED (ZELATINE) FORM .

SECTION C:

ARRIVAL IN CYPRUS:
Upon arrival at Larnaca airport in Cyprus they have to present:

• All the documents shown at the Embassy/Consulate have to be attested from the Embassy/Consulate
• Original Passport
• 2000 in cash/Travelers Cheques
• Receipt from the bank from your country or Western Union/Money Gram that you transferred the tuition fees at the college in Cyprus

Studying and Working:
According to the new Law 2007, modifying the Migration Law, overseas, full time and regular students, who have been registered for at least 6 months, are allowed to work, up to 20 hours per week, outside their study hours and up to 38 hours per week during holidays (Christmas/Easter and Summer Holidays), subject to the rules and conditions applicable to the relevant activity.
